Join allnex in this opportunistic time and help our procurement team drive digitalization in its procurement processes. Work closely with multiple stakeholders – locally and internationally – and gain business exposure in a multinational environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the assessment and evaluation of potential suppliers to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
Research potential suppliers, industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to support informed procurement decisions.
Support the procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods.
Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts, including terms and conditions.
Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required skills and experienceA minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.
Strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Good teamwork and fast learning.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Eager to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
QualificationsCurrently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma program in any relevant field.
