Procurement Intern - Spx Express

Job Description:Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.Help manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.Support negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.Help analyze operational tracker to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities.Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and other ad-hoc tasks.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or any related fieldGood communication skills, proactive and willing to learnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months, with a preference for 6 monthsBased in Mercu, KL Eco City
