Procurement & Logistics Officer

Expected Competency: 1.Mechanical Engineering back ground or/and with 1-4 years of experience. Preferable with knowledge of gas, chemical and water piping products & system. 2.Computer literate - knowledge of MYOB is a plus and must know Microsoft Excel as well as data processing skills. 3.Good communication skills to deal with people internally as well as with suppliers, shipping agents, courier companies and government officials. 4.Ability to speak fluent Chinese Dialects, Bahasa Malaysia and English. 5.Must be capable of working unsupervised in a fast paced environment. 6.Must be detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task. Ability to work as a team player is essential. Knowledge of materials, machinery, equipment & general tools. - Job Objectives: Purchasing: 1.Ensure purchases released are to our company's best commercial interest. 2.Ensure all orders are delivered on time, accurately and in good condition. 3.Ensure all machinery & equipment are maintained/calibrated on time and are in good condition. 4.Ensure stock card represents correct inventory. Logistic: 1.Ensure effective & efficient monitoring of receiving & outgoing activity of materials, equipment, machineries, tools &/or consumable items. 2.Ensure Stock Card summary is up to date & corresponds with physical stock quantity. 3.Ensure on time delivery for mobilization of machinery, equipment & materials etc. 4.Keep the store in an orderly manner. 5.Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.Founded in year 2000, Dynamic was the pioneer company in Malaysia's High Purity gas system installations.
