Procurement Manager (Construction)

The Procurement Manager reports to the Deputy Director and assists in all procurement matters in Main Contract as well as Sub-Contracts connected to the project.
A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:
Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, comparison, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
Manage contract agreements effectively.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in contract management/ procurement for building projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
