Procurement Manager (GREEN)Employment Location: Subang, Selangor
Salary Package: RM 6,000 – RM 8,500
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Descriptions:
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
To manage and handle purchasing activities for the company.
To ensure all products supplied and delivered are in accordance with the purchase order.
To coordinate with the project department on the transfer of products and equipment from store to site, interstate, site to store, or to any other external locations.
To issue purchase orders once approved by the management.
To liaise and follow up with suppliers on the delivery of materials and equipment as per purchase order dateline.
To liaise with transporters and forwarding agents on the delivery of goods to site and store from site-to-site or port to site and store.
Undertake all duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by the management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Studies/Administration/Management/Engineering & equivalent.
Required skill(s): Planning, scheduling, warehouse, transportation, inventories, negotiation.
At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent.
Able to work well in a strong teamwork environment and able to meet tight deadlines.
Familiar with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning services.
