-To assist in the design of work standards, systems and other operational practice to aid business development.
-To achieve company KPI to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its users.
-To lead team members and ensure operation flow as per company policy and standard operating procedure (SOP).
-To review and improve existing SOP, draw up new SOP according to requirement.
-To monitor quality of services rendered, reduce complaint call by agreed target and managing to meet customer retention performance target.
-To ensure all required documents, reports are managed according to system setting and prepared accurately.
-To coach and monitor buyer and seller to ensure the ordering process and coordination of delivery follow the SOP of eBuild platform.
-To pursue the best negotiation skill to enhance the best costing and pricing for eBuild buyer and create more traffic flow and sales transaction in eBuild e-commerce marketplace platform.
-To solve day-to-day system operations problems, find root causes, and suggest sustainable solutions.
-To support new users onboard into eBuild platform by providing administrative and expert support.
-To monitor and coordinate to remain abreast of the status for all systems operation.
- To be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their job and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonable correspond to the general character of their job and their level of responsibilities.
-To perform any adhoc duties as and when required

; Requirements:-
-Posess Bachelor's Degree/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
-Strong logical reasoning capabilities to navigate a complex or ambiguous situation in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in the procurement field.
-Must be willing to work in Puchong.
