Job Description Open Position: Procurement Manager, Information Technology (Shared Services Company)   A reputable Shared Services company is hiring for Procurement Manager, Information Technology to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities and requirements include: More than 5 years working experience working in Procurement department covering Information Technology (IT) functions.
Good experience in performing purchasing work for IT equipment including supplier & vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order and order tracking.
Continuously maintaining the best purchase price and the highest level of quality, reliability and services with IT based suppliers and vendors.
Identify and lead regional IT procurement and sourcing projects consisting of IT Software, Infrastructure and etc with service providers and vendors.
Develop short-term and long-term procurement pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings, KPIs, supplier relationship management and etc.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
