About the roleReporting to the Procurement Admin Team Lead, the main scope of the role is to support contracts management system and process, liaison contact between Procurement and Supply Chain.

Reporting to:Procurement Admin Lead
Fixed Term Contract:6 Months
Key responsibilitiesKey contact between buyer and site material planner on Cost/Pricing issue.
Create/maintain contracts in Legacy ERP, ie SAP system and ensure all the Pricing information created into system are correct.
Identify and select material required, select preferred vendor/available contract.
If contract is not available should communicate with buyers immediately but annual/max forecast must be given, based on Supply Chain forecast.
Identify contracts due to expire in coming period (30/60/90 days) and liaise with responsible Lead / Country Buyer to ensure uninterrupted contract cover in both real and system terms.
Resolve Cost/Pricing dispute queries in AP dispute portal.
Qualifications and skillsDiploma in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or variety of business-related fields.
Good hands-on experience in SAP system and Microsoft Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
