Procurement Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION Understand requirement from requestor on product required or service needed especially for routine purchase.Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials/product/services provided from both local and oversea vendors (If required).Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required by requestor.In Charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery schedules.Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.Maintain appropriated records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.Follow and enforce the company's procurement and procedures;Work with the teams to improve operational efficiency.Ad-hoc tasks tp support other team-member.REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields;Mastering in Microsoft Excel is a must;Good command in BM and English, proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.High integrity and reliable. Able to work under minimum supervision.Candidate with minimum 1 year related experience
