Procurement Officer

Job Description 

Job Responsibilities:- 
• Responsible in handling purchase request and carry out market research. 
• Collaborate closely with consumer and fulfil their requirements. 
• Source and identify potential vendors while maintaining up-to-date database. 
• Analyse and negotiate the costing, payment terms and contract with vendors in order to secure the best deals prior making any order request. 
• Prepare and submit Purchasing Requisition "RFQ" for approval with complete details of products and services required. 
• Monitor outstanding PR status closely and follow up on the pending purchase order with vendor. 
• Ensure compliance to Policy & Procedure. 
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors. 
• Prepared internal costing reports on monthly basis. 

Job Requirements:- 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Degree in Business Management or Equivalent. 
• Basic Computer Knowledge. 
• Good in negotiating and meticulous. 
• Proficient in English Language
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. 
• Purchase and Source Materials, Services & Equipment for Plant use. 
• Coordinate purchasing activities with stakeholders and vendors. 
• Monitor purchasing delivery schedule and coordinate accordingly with the team members.
