About the role
This is a full-time Purchasing Executive position at Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd located in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. You will be responsible for procuring goods and materials to support the company's manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms and conditions for the companyRaising purchase orders and managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materialsMaintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levelsIdentifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvementsLiaising with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutionsEnsuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurementWhat we're looking for Relevant degree or diploma in a related field such as supply chain management, procurement or logisticsAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industryExcellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in data analysis and report generation using tools like ExcelStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhat we offer
