Procurement Officer

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Review procurement documents and prepare Purchase Order
Responsible for the sourcing and negotiating process and purchasing activity with suppliers
Understand, analyze, and evaluate procurement requirements for products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Track and schedule all Purchase Orders
Review supplier proposals and invoices
Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and vendors – from samples stage till Goods delivered to client.
Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement or a related field
At least 3 years' experience in procurement, or supply chain
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Mandarin
Mandarin speaking is COMPULSORY which have to communicate and liaise with China supplier
Self-motivated, independent, proactive, good team player
