Procurement & Planning Executive

Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors (including fabric suppliers, tailors, accessories, machines, etc.)
Willing to travel overseas to visit and source fabrics and their samples for approval (including any other products of the Company) and to travel domestically for some purposes.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
Track and analyze current orders and plan for the annual budget for all products.
Conduct market research for all sale items of the Company.
Support in-house designers, tailors, and sales team to meet requirements of the Company and customers.
Prepare catalogues and samples.
Prepare Purchase Orders / Sales Contracts / Order forms for all orders.
Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, advertising, and sales team.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or any related field.
Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity and industry would be an added advantage.
Possess good negotiation and sourcing skills.
Willing to travel when necessary.
Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
