Procurement Senior Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a Procurement Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the filing of final stamped contracts by procurement managers, coordinating monthly project payments, and managing construction and operational insurance tenders and contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the filing of the final stamped contracts by each procurement manager.
Coordinate with the procurement manager to collect monthly payment for each project, communicate with the finance department regarding payment amounts, and then allocate and arrange payments with each procurement manager.
Responsible for construction and operational insurance tender and contract management.
Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with no restriction on majors.
Over 3 years of experience in the bidding and procurement of engineering & equipment or integrated procurement.
Strong sense of responsibility & logical thinking.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
Able to work and adapt to fast-paced working environment.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (writing and speaking).
