Procurement Specialist

**Priority condition**:1. Familiar with DHT and equipment.**Job Description & Responsibilities**:**_(A) _**_ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY_**- Responsible for the development of suppliers and supply channels, and formulate supplier development plans according to the development needs of the company.- Add suitable suppliers to the approved procurement projects.- Evaluate and grade suppliers, and conduct year end evaluation and elimination. Assist the department head to make an appointment with suppliers and make an irregular return visit to the suppliers for cooperation.- Maintain and develop the relationship with important suppliers, and master the development and changes of suppliers.- Handle hidden cost management such as as procurement cycle, inventory and transportation, including qualified suppliers into the timely delivery system, reducing inventory and reducing the company's total cost. Adjust the market price and give independent evaluation opinions.- Participate in the cost analysis, review of procurement contract and procurement process. Participate in price negotiations.- Coordinate and guide the custom clearance work of the project team.**_(B) REQUIREMENT_**- Bachelor degree or above in business, supply chain or equivalent.- Work experience more than 3 years.- Good written and oral communication o English.- Proficiency in and use of Microsoft Office software and equipment.- Working background in manufacturing / oil and gas / petrochemical industry is preferred.
