Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to drive digital and core solutions in purchasing, sourcing, planning, and negotiation. This role focuses on optimizing procurement processes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve factory performance.
Utilize SAP expertise to design, analyze, and enhance procurement-related business processes, ensuring alignment with digital transformation initiatives.
Drive the evolution of traditional procurement methods into automated, data-driven systems, leveraging tools like S4/HANA, ARIBA, and Fiori.
Manage supplier relationships using best practices in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for negotiation, contracting, and renewal processes.
Analyze procurement data, conduct cost analysis, and support decision-making with data-driven business cases.
Collaborate across departments to foster value-focused strategies and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing or heavy machinery assembly environment.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and ARIBA systems, with hands-on experience in procurement functions.
Knowledge of bonded warehouse setups and regional supply chain practices.
Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Degree or certification in a relevant technical or vocational field.
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
