PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTResponsibilities:
Locate sources of supply for purchasing and obtaining prices
Contact suppliers to negotiate, compare prices to determine best bids
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Prepare, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
Estimate quantities and determine present and future material availability
Monitor inventory movement and order materials when necessary
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably from manufacturing or trading industry
Responsible, dependable and diligent in work
Possess initiative, negotiating and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently and possess organizational and communication skills to accomplish goals
Adaptable and flexible in accepting changes and responsibilities
