Procurement & Supply Chain

1) **Vendor appointment**- To implement sourcing strategy provided by management- To negotiate for the best price and terms for all selected accessories, spare parts and services- Appointment of all suppliers under Project Department2) **Supplier Relationship Management**- Group and prioritize supplier based on segment- Evaluate, monitor and improve supplier performance- Collaboration for mutual benefit between suppliers and company3) **Delivery Assurance**- To ensure appointed suppliers delivers accessories, spare parts and services accordingly based on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD)- To support and try to resolve any issues related to delivery from each suppliers. To highlight any issues to superiors from time to time4) **Compliance**- To ensure all procurement transactions is based on best procurement practice compliance- To ensure contract management is in forced to all appointed suppliers**Job Requirements**- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or any relevant studies background.- Minimum of 1 year of procurement related experience, preferably in railway industris as an added advantage- Willing to travel- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Powel Point, Word)**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday
