Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Manage the purchasing cycle, including issuing purchase orders, requesting quotations, handling goods receipt, and managing supplier billing.- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, engaging in negotiations to secure advantageous terms.- Develop and nurture robust relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.- Collaborate with relevant departments to understand their procurement needs.- Develop procurement plans considering factors such as budget constraints, project timelines, and quality requirements.- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, striving for cost savings without compromising quality.- Overseeing the optimization of freight and shipping terms to effectively manage costs, while ensuring seamless operations and logistics excellence.- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and identify areas for cost reduction.- Draft, review, and execute procurement contracts, ensuring compliance- Foster positive relationships with key vendors to enhance collaboration and effectively resolve issues.- Search for new vendors, evaluate, and onboard them when necessary.- Ensuring compliance with ISO 22000 processes in supplier evaluation and onboarding, upholding stringent quality assurance standards- Utilize data and analytics to track key procurement metrics and assess performance.- Handle day-to-day transactions and other assigned activities.Requirement:- Proven experience of 3-5 years in procurement / supply chain management.- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with Chinese suppliers.- Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills- Strong analytical and interpersonal skillsSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Purchasing / Supply Chain: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
