General Post-Production duties; which may include ingesting of media, delivering links to Producers and general troubleshooting. Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls/meetings, monitoring, escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback and making modifications to deliverables. Effectively lead and manage your team to ensure cohesive work flow. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and understand their requirements. Conduct meetings with internal teams to discuss projects brief, progress and to ensure projects objectives are attained. Manage budgets, pitches, schedules and day-to-day running of the account. Propose creative works, communicate service and pricing details to clients clearly. To be able to prepare campaign proposals and presentations. Suggest company services that maximise client satisfaction. Ensure that projects are completed and submitted to clients before deadline. Conduct meetings with colleagues to discuss projects brief, progress and to ensure projects objectives are attained. To have great administrative and organizational skills Qualifications A diploma/degree in the broadcast/marketing/multi-media production/ business will be a plus. At least 1-2 years of working experience in either a post-production company, multimedia interactive productions or relevant field. Fresh-grad also welcomed to apply. Strong project management track record. Proven track record of managing production of video content from conception to production. Previous proven experience managing online editors and freelancers, production budgets, strategic postings and client relationship development.
