Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Content Studio, the Producer is a key player in transforming creative concepts into compelling content across various media platforms.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, project management prowess, and strong communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects from ideation to delivery.
Job RequirementsPeople:
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal creative teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Creative Partnerships and Management:
Collaborate with internal and external creative teams, suppliers, and talent to bring creative ideas to life.
Coordinate with directors, casting agents, actors, and other stakeholders to source talent and oversee treatments, casting, and location scouting.
Product:
Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end production process for assigned projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage production budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and profitability targets.
Ensure that all productions meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations, while maximizing efficiency and resource utilization.
Address challenges and obstacles throughout the production process with creative problem-solving and decision-making.
Profit:
Budget and Administration:
Manage production budgets and associated administration tasks in accordance with client and agency expectations.
Partner with finance teams on purchase orders, billable costs, and resource investments required for projects.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing client questions, concerns, or feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding project scopes based on client needs and objectives.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new projects or clients, participating in pitches, and collaborating with the business development team as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Digital Production, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a production role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends.
Proficiency in process management, presentation, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
