Product Advisor For Milk Products

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
As Product Advisor (PA) of the assigned products to PROMOTE and RECRUIT our targeted shoppers and consumers in-stores, which will continue to our brand growth ambition.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To reach out to our targeted shoppers & consumers and actively promote our brand in-store.
To deliver the product detailing on assigned products as per expectations.
To ensure wet sampling is conducted in a hygienic manner according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
To drive product superiority via PA's education to shoppers.
To ensure all data are keyed-in or updated in a truthful, accurate, and timely manner.
To recruit non-users to use our brand/product assigned.
To achieve key performance indicators set - e.g., New Users Conversion and Sales Driven.
To submit reports on time without delay.
To build rapport with client's sales representatives, merchandisers, and retailers.
