Product and Content Manager – India & ASEANWe are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to work in the Product & Content Management team within the Emerging & Frontier Markets (EFM) Proposition. This role will focus on the South Asia (India) and ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) regions. The scope of the role will be to represent the EFM Proposition and Product & Content Management in the regions. The person in this role will need to have a great level of understanding of Workflows' products and content offerings as well as market knowledge that the role is responsible for.
In this role, the person will work closely with the S&AM organization in the regions, especially with the CSM, Prop Sales; working with client-facing teams and customers to gather their feedback to prioritize future enhancements that support our growth objectives in the markets. This role will also require close collaboration with EFM Proposition & PCM leads (Product and Content Management) to ensure that product offerings are fit for purpose across South Asia and ASEAN. In addition, the person in this role will have ownership of respective Workspace Apps and will be responsible for the delivery of content projects with a focus on India and ASEAN, acting as the EFM Product & Content Manager. Investigate Product and Content issues raised by S&AM by working with Product & Content Management, Content Operations, and Technology.
This will be an exciting role as it will require cross-assets knowledge, the ability to interact and manage expectations of S&AM teams within the regions, and work closely with collaborators across different product and business communities, customer operations, technology, and marketing. Responsibilities:
Work with S&AM teams to capture the voice of the customers in the region and agree on priorities based on quantified and defined sales opportunities.
Work with all EFM Proposition & PCM leads to ensure that product offerings are fit for purpose across the markets.
Be the EFM Customer Proposition and PCM representative in the regions, working with S&AM teams by providing expert support and being the liaison with central teams.
Based on Priority Countries, ensure that we have the correct level of content coverage.
Work with Product Management team to ensure that Desktop and Feeds are market relevant.
Support PCM and Customer Operations to interact with local vendors and partners.
Lead the delivery process of Workspace Apps build for the regions by working with collaborators across PCM, Propositions, and Technology.
Be responsible for the product manager responsibilities for Regional Apps making sure they are up to date – India Now, THEQS Apps, big local market moving events Apps, etc.
Provide support to customer-facing teams to ensure that our Propositions are understood by S&AM Teams.
Work with regional client-facing teams to address issues that have been raised by customers.
Provide insights into the local market moving events that could impact the business.
Strengthen our sales/commercial message by creating and enhancing a library of marketing-focused documentation, including blog posts, market brochures, roadmaps, etc.
Qualifications:
Expertise in one of our business area related product and content set.
Some development knowledge will be important especially for building/enhancing Workspace Apps/Page Express.
Power BI knowledge.
Advanced communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with customers and suppliers to represent LSEG.
Ability to work in a team environment and alone yet maintain professional integrity and composure while communicating difficult subjects or with colleagues at different levels of the organization.
Analytic approach to work and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and show great levels of proactiveness.
Manage small projects individually and lead discussions.
Experience in analyzing data and logical, investigative, and innovative approach to problem solving.
Strong understanding of D&A products and support models.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/365.
Fluent in English is required.
