Job DescriptionProvide guidance on product application for all users, including healthcare professionals and patients.
Respond to and address customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
Attend workshops, Continuing Medical Education (CME), symposiums and other medical events.
Provide feedback on field sales insights and aid the company in achieving business goals.
Manage daily sales-related administrative tasks and update sales reports to management.
Proactively read and comprehend the latest clinical data provided by the company and distribute it to healthcare professionals.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical or a related field.
Minimum one (1) year of working experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical products. Fresh graduates who are interested to head start your career in medical sales are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be customer-oriented, aggressive, committed, organised and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with self-discipline and also a good team player.
Possess excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.
