We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development and optimization of our smart home app, PRISM+ Connect. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in smart home technologies and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.Key Responsibilities:
Support Product Development: Assist the Product Manager in defining and documenting product requirements and specifications. Help coordinate the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitor products. Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams. Ensure all teams are aligned and informed about product updates, timelines, and requirements. User Experience Support: Work with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience. Assist in usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements. Operational Tasks: Manage product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes. Track project progress and update status reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in product testing to identify bugs and ensure high-quality releases. Coordinate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field is preferred but not required.Internship experience in a technology or product-focused role is a plus.
