Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the registration and certification of imported products, timely summarizing, classifying, organizing, and archiving various regulations, documents, technical materials, etc.
Maintain good communication with regulatory body/department, testing agencies, etc.
actively and flexibly solve problems in product registration, to ensure the smooth progress of the whole registration process.
Ensure that product labeling, advertising, and promotional materials comply with regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
Work closely with Marketing/ Product/ relevant departments to provide regulatory guidance and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Familiar with relevant regulations/ standards, experience in handling product under Retail, FMCG, Consumer Product, or eCommerce.
1-2 years of experience in product management/ certification or a related role is preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese, high learning ability and willingness to work under stress and face challenges.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and establishing teamwork spirit.
