The promoter is responsible for hitting sales targets by providing service and operations excellence.
He/she also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store.
The promoter needs to show the selling points of a product to customers and promote how the product works, solve questions, and attempt to push consumers or clients to buy the product.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities & Specific Job Duties:
Engage with customers, promote products & services, close sales & update sales transactions.
Give advice on products & services and perform product demonstrations.
Deliver quality service & present service vision.
Present a positive & professional image.
Respond to service objections.
Deliver Go-the-Extra-Mile services.
Involve service & sales productivity development.
Update & provide competitor promotion activities.
Deliver operations quality & oversee merchandise display.
In charge of operations for roadshows, promotions, or any events.
Academic Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM or above in any field.
Work Experience / Skills Requirements:
Experience in retail, sales, or smartphone sales will be an advantage.
Fluent in Malay & English; Chinese will be an advantage.
Participate in Product & Service training to improve knowledge & skill set.
Provide service quality & promote products.
Upsell & cross-sell products.
Visual merchandising & provide product demos and knowledge.
Strong communication & good customer service skills.
Teamwork & interpersonal skills.
