Product Cum Project Engineer

Product design specification and improvement:



-Analyse existing products specification and marketing design and recommend product streamlining


-Analyse common product technical issues and their associated warranty claims data; prepare and update product improvement report

Product Subject Matter Expert



-Create and maintain Product Specification information handbook


-Coordinate and conduct in-house and external product training (product knowledge, FAQ, warehouse inspection checklist etc.)


-Prepare product FAQ based on common technical issues analyzed


-Provide product support to different departments on an as-needed basis based on information from sales, operations and warranty claims data analysis


-May be deployed to manage projects as project engineer from time to time
