Product & Customer Quality (Pqa) Engineer

What You'll Do
Coordinate the team to address production quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collect and analyze product yield rates while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead customer QPA (Quality Process Audit) and QSA (Quality System Audit).
Manage customer complaints and coordinate with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
Support the MPM in meeting customer quality-related requirements.
Develop and maintain quality control plans, ensuring manufacturing processes adhere to established standards.
Review RMA (Return Material Authorization) status and lead efforts to improve quality.
Conduct product FAI (First Article Inspection) and prepare comprehensive FAI reports.
What You'll Need
A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in Production or Process Quality Assurance/Management.
Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, QCC, FMEA, PMP, QEC, 8D reports, and SCAR.
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in leading teams.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
