Product Design Lead

Role Actively seek improvement in design direction , ensuring alignment with product and user interface design system.
Manage design projects from conception to completion.
Conduct user research initiatives to gather user insights Create compelling design concepts and prototypes Project Maintain the current Design System (critical thinking) Design and act as a brand protector when integrating with local & regional partners/clients Own the design on new products/features Must have 7 years+ experience in UI/UX - product design Mobile design Design system knowledge Negative flows Nice to have Experience in 3rd party integration Loyalty Industry/Vertical Level Reporting to the Head of Product Senior level - Managing 2x team members Location / Work arrangement: Hybrid 1 day from home
