Product Designer & Craftsmen

1. Consulting managers and client about design requirements2. Clarifying and solving design issues3. Researching user needs for the product design4. Investigating appropriate materials and production processes5. Producing 2D and 3D drawing, sample designs and prototypes6. Testing product designs using specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD)7. Maintaining an awareness of current design trends and influences8. Liaising with Engineering and client of the design change and update9. Correcting product faults10. Presenting designs, samples and final work to customers for evaluation.11.
