Product Development Executive

**Overview**:**Salary**:3,000 MYR ~ 5,000 MYR**Industry**:Medical & Healthcare, Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials), Manufacturing(Other), Utilities- Assist Product Manager in new product development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, from product concept to innovative product launching.- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing or third parties for formulation development, packaging design, costing, registration, certifications, product safety and efficacy.- Responsible to translate technical data into a compelling product USP.- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor products.- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.- Assist in carrying out quality control and testing for incoming finished goods in accordance with the Company's Quality Standards.- Discipline in documentations generation and maintenance.- Ad hoc related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.**Qualifications**:**Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Chemistry, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year's experience in product development, management or marketing, preferably in FMCG business.- Knowledge of product formulation will be preferred.- Strong project management skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Creative thinker with passion for innovation.- Fluent in Mandarin as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.**English Level**:**Other Language**:Malay, English**Additional Information**:**Benefit**:- Annual leave 20 days- Insurance for employee, spouse and children- Medical claims RM 1,000/year including spouse and children- Hospitalization claim RM 100,000/year each for employee, spouse and children- Dentical and optical claims RM 500/year- Bonus and increment every year according to performance**Working Hour**:**Holiday**:**Job Function**:- Business Development- Business/Corporate Planning- Product Development/Marketing- Product Management/Vendor/Purchasing/Logistics- Other(Business Administration & Management)
