Product Development Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on the development of daily use products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development process in line with our brand and category strategies, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete product development process, ensuring alignment with company brand and category planning for daily use products.Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective product sourcing and negotiation.Conduct market research to identify and source local products that meet brand standards and consumer needs.Expand product development initiatives across various categories, including household and personal careEnsure products are developed efficiently, maintaining market competitiveness and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the development process and drive successful product launches.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in product development, particularly in daily use products (e.g., household, personal care).Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product development software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Fluent in English and/or Mandarin.Experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred but not mandatory.
