Contribute to sustainable and profitable organizational growth through continuous improvement and innovation of QBE product library.**Responsibilities**:- Support Product leads on the development of key sales opportunities for QBE.- Manage market research and coordinate product development opportunities for business growth and profitability across geographies.- Coordinate Product workshops to generate effective sales idea, marketing materials, sales presentation materials, sales tools etc.- Provide project management expertise and support from product conceptualization to successful launch and delivery to market.- Coordinate and drive the product initiatives and ensure that the product can be launched on time and meet the business target.- Promote product, collect feedback and generate product ideas through focus groups and intermediary visits.- Manage research and development on new business/market opportunities to provide internal stakeholders with insight to competitive landscape and future opportunities.- Collaborate with all stakeholders on details of the product e.g. product design, pricing, policy wordings, system, claims administration, marketing materials, etc. to ensure speed to market so that opportunities are realized.- Support Product leads in the delivery of market/product development (new or existing), cross-selling opportunities, or other key strategic relationship opportunities to deliver sales successes.- Oversee the product library of approved QBE policy forms and ensure it is current, contemporary, compliant and competitive for assigned business units.- Contribute to market-leading product development in consultation with senior level management for assigned business units.- Research and make recommendations to capitalize on strengths and market opportunities and to counter competitive threats.- Support continuous improvement strategies to position QBE as a technical leader on the underwriting domain.- Develop and help deliver high-quality internal and external communications regarding product development and new initiatives for assigned business units.- Maintain up to date industry knowledge and leverage client relationships to provide distinctive solutions in the market.- Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.- Manage overall product governance framework and process to meet local regulations requirement.**Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Economics or Business disciplines.- Experience/sound knowledge of General Insurance (product and underwriting), and related regulatory environment.- Strong collaborative, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skills.- Ability to delivery on agreed targets.Application Close Date: 28/02/2024 11:59 PMHow to Apply:Equal Employment Opportunity:QBE is an equal opportunity employer and is required to comply with equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction it operates.Job ID 316753
