Job Title: NPI Project Leader
Primary Job Function:
- Transfer new products from design to manufacturing and sustain current products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI project team to ensure smooth sample run and on-time delivery.
- Execute tasks, conduct DFM, and involve in DFT, FMEA, and PCP.
- Conduct project meetings and validate new product start-up.
- Handle documentation like BOM, drawings, project files, and engineering modifications.
- Coordinate between internal departments and liaise with customers/suppliers.
- Evaluate components for substitution or alternatives and new component First Articles.
- Involve in product failure analysis.
- Undertake any tasks assigned by superior.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Report to Section/Department Head.
