Product Filed Application Engineer

Job title: Product Filed Application Engineer 
Job Location: Seremban, Malaysia 
Work type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
1. Develop product application solutions and DUT boards, including writing and debugging programs.
2. Improve and optimize the company's product application system, including test plans, procedures, and customer training on test application technology.
3. Assist after-sales teams in resolving application issues and technical challenges to ensure smooth operation of products at customer sites.
4. Provide technical application support to customer service and marketing personnel and conduct training on product application knowledge and skills to support sales and promotions.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in hardware/PCB circuit design with good circuit analysis skills.
2. Familiar with C programming language, with the ability to understand and perform basic troubleshooting; relevant work experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
4. Proficient in Chinese and English and able to use both languages in a professional environment.
5. Willing to work in Klang or Seremban, Malaysia (choose one)
6. Willing to accept business travel across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and other countries in the region.
