This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Enovix is seeking aProduct Integration Engineerto create and deploy novel designs and processes for high volume automated assembly equipment.
Responsibilities:Develop new / novel methods of battery assembly and/or assembly methodologies
Validate process capability of new advanced manufacturing methodologies
Work with Equipment Engineers to suggest new / novel processes that enable reliable high-volume manufacturing
Prototype tooling and fixtures necessary to conduct experiments in house
Contribute to a manufacturing process architecture
Conduct DFMEA / PFMEA and determine dependencies cross-functionally across the org.
Work with supplier partners to optimize system design and performance
Support manufacturing process scale up activities and production ramp
Support escalation activities and troubleshoot production processes
Use equipment performance data to drive improvement projects
Effectively communicate and publish learnings and experimental results.
Qualifications:Hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and processes with dependencies across the process flow.
Hands-on experience with battery development, assembly and integration
First principles approach to problem solving
Familiarity with process development, and CAD
Expert at statistical data analysis (JMP / Minitab)
Desire to work in a dynamic, highly creative environment
5+ years of experience developing products and processes for high volume / high speed manufacturing
BS/MS Degree, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
