Product Lead

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the development of new products within a company.- Coordinate in a cross-functional product development teams that typically include engineers, researchers, technologists and representatives of marketing, finance and manufacturing departments.- Analysing product performance and redesigning as required.- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release.- Developing the product strategy and roadmap.- Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.- Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.**Requirements**:- Strong knowledge in Healthcare Information Technology, especially in public healthcare, healthcare informatics, electronic health records, telemedicine, medical financing.- Self-motivated, handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision, complete work in timely manner.- Good leadership with ability to work in team situation.- Keen and proud to be product ambassador.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- the: 5 years (preferred)
