Job Description
Optimizing platform trading environment, enhancing product competitiveness, handling customer complaints, conducting research and analysis on competing platforms, and improving brand reputation and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Product Launch : Involved in the product launch process by conducting research, setting up relevant configurations, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication between front-end and back-end teams.
Data Analysis : Use tools likeNumPyandSciPyfor financial product analysis, evaluating the impact of trading environments on performance, and conducting risk and return simulations.
Automation : UtilizePython scriptsto automate report and dashboard generation, streamlining workflows and reducing manual work.
Report Generation : Produce regular analytical reports covering areas such as trading environment analysis, competitor analysis, and product optimization.
Routine Tasks : Handle daily activities like monitoring stock company behavior, resolving customer complaints, setting inspections, and responding to emails.
Cross-Department Coordination : Communicate across teams to ensure project progress, implement standardized processes, and meet organizational goals.
SQL Database Management : Develop and maintainSQL databases , queries, and stored procedures to support reporting and data analysis needs.
Education & Experience :
Undergraduate & Master's DegreeinFinance ,Accounting ,Economics ,Mathematics ,Statistics , or related fields.
0-2 years of related work experience , with a focus on thefinancial industry , includingforex trading ,investment funds , andinvestment advisory .
Skills :
Proficiency inPowerPoint ,Excel ,Word ,SQL , andPython .
Additional Requirements :
Willingness to workirregular overtimeon weekends and public holidays to align withinternational financial trading hours .
