Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, from ideation to execution.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure our products deliver maximum value to customers while aligning with business objectives.

Your new roleProduct Strategy and Lifecycle Management:Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
Lead the full product lifecycle, including launch, upgrades, and end-of-life processes.Customer-Centric Design:Engage with customers to gather insights, identify gaps, and prioritize features based on feedback.
Ensure the customer journey is seamless, intuitive, and consistent across all product touchpoints.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
Partner with marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies, infographics, and customer education materials.Innovation and Adaptability:Stay updated on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and Gen AI to integrate them into product offerings.Customer Feedback Management:Establish processes for gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to improve product reliability and usability.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.What you'll need to succeedMinimum 5 years in product management or related roles, preferably in technology, telco, or B2B/B2C industries.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in layman terms.
Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and translating it into actionable strategies.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like AI, Gen AI, IoT, and market gap analysis is preferred.
