Job Description:As a product owner, drive the end-to-end product development of Chatbot or Customer Service features, from ideation, system design and development, to post-launch improvements and iterationsConduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement for our solutionsEffectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timeline. Develop detailed project plans and manage project risksWork with the business team closely and deliver features which are in alignment with business goals and objectivesAssist the business team in promoting product-related operational promotion and training workTrack the data effectiveness after the product launch, and continuously promote product planning and iteration based on data analysisWork with the team to deliver holistic Chatbot/Customer Service solutions, including but not limited to Chatbot, Chatbot Tools, CS live chat, Customer Service systems, Dispute systems, and data products in both Chatbot and Customer Service functionalitiesRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree, expected to graduate in 2024. Preferably majored in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related applied quantitative fieldPrevious internship in e-commerce, AI industry or product management is preferredUnderstanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, data science and machine learning is preferredExcellent problem solving, logical thinking and analytical skillsEffectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writingSelf-driven, positive attitude and team playerProficient in English and conversational in Mandarin to facilitate cross-border collaborations with stakeholders from China
