Role Overview As a Product Manager specializing in credit products, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of credit-related offerings. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market trends, and driving the strategic vision for credit products from conception to delivery. Responsibilities Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy for credit offerings, aligning with business goals and market demand. Conduct market research to identify credit trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk management, finance, and compliance teams, to define product specifications. Work closely with UX, development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of the credit product roadmap. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure credit products adhere to regulatory requirements. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for credit-related products. Work with development teams to create and iterate on product prototypes and features. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of credit products. Analyze data and customer feedback to inform ongoing product enhancements. Act as the advocate for credit product users, understanding their needs and preferences. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in product management, preferably within the credit or financial services industry. Strong understanding of credit products, risk management, and market dynamics. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
