**Job description**A vision and clear communication are essential for building great products. As the new product manager, you'll be instrumental in making sure that all sides of the story are heard and aligned in order to create a product that is used by some of the largest companies in the world.At Cargobase, we're building a collaborative tool to connect shippers (logistics departments) and freight forwarders to work together on different kinds of freight. From urgent ad-hoc shipment to tenders with a 1-year validity, from invoicing and compliance to reporting & analytics. We offer the full suite and our partners rely on us in their day-to-day operations.We work with 3 small focused teams on delivering a great user experience. The dedicated teams of engineers are great at delivering high-quality, fast and secure products to our partners, but they would love guidance on how users actually use the product, how to improve the flow of the platform and, what has priority.**Responsibilities**- Think and experiment with customer/user problems and break them into small iterations that engineering can work on.- Follow feature development from inception to rollout, provide guidance and feedback to engineers and designers and ensure everyone is aligned.- Balance new features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure a high-velocity and stable product.- Analyze user behaviour data for quantitative insights into how to change the product and measure the effectiveness of past user stories.- Contribute to the product vision, together with the Head of Product.**Job Requirements**- You have at least three years of working experience in product management of websites (& apps) with modern web technologies & agile work environments.- Passion for design and usability, while also having the technical background to challenge developers.- Good communication skills and the ability to translate complex, multi-dimensional requirements into actionable iterations.- Highly organized and able to see the big picture while also drilling into detail level- Experience with writing code (python, R, SQL) for data analysis and user analytics software is a plus- Experience in working in co-located Agile teams is a plus- Experience in logistics (shipper or LSPs) is a plus**What we offer**- Competitive compensation- A positive no-nonsense / output-driven work environment- Preserve your autonomy.
