We are seeking a superstar Product Manager who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia by managing and enhancing our product lineup.
Being a high-growth electronics company, we are looking for a passionate self-starter to manage PRISM+ Malaysia's product needs.This experienced and entrepreneurial individual will help us oversee and lead the product category for Ceiling fans and Air Purifiers.
This driven person will also need to generate data-driven commercial insights and product analysis to provide feedback to the factory.
The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+'s overseas expansion team and will report to the Singapore Product Manager and Country Director of Malaysia.Responsibilities ofa Product Manager (Malaysia)include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy considering global views, opportunities, target customers, positioning, value proposition, pricing framework, and capacity plans.
Lead and drive product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, lead product launches, develop and maintain user manuals, and manage product roadmaps and timelines.
Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Work with marketing to monitor and drive product success.
Drive innovation within product areas by leveraging industry trends and best practices.
Ensure senior management is updated with reports and communications on the progress of the product category.
Minimum Requirements:
Understanding of Ceiling fans and Air Purifier products (>3 years of experience)
Proficient in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (>1 year of experience)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field
At least 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably at the brand level
Ability to thrive in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments
