You will play a key role in defining product vision, performing competitive analysis, and ensuring the product fits seamlessly within our broader portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:Spearhead new product initiatives, working directly with the CEO to define product goals and vision.
Conduct comprehensive competitor research to understand market dynamics, potential opportunities, and threats.
Develop and refine detailed user stories that capture product functionality, user experience, and business needs.
Collaborate closely with design teams to create and iterate on product wireframes and prototypes.
Act as the primary communicator between leadership, design, and development teams to ensure all product documentation is clear and actionable.
Ensure new product concepts fit within and enhance the existing product ecosystem.
Regularly present progress reports, findings, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure products are cutting-edge and competitive.
Qualifications:Proven experience in product strategy, product management, or a similar role within a software development firm.
Strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and developing user stories.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, structured documentation.
Experience working closely with design teams on wireframing and product concepting.
Ability to balance both big-picture thinking with detailed execution planning.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and design collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Strong understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.
