As a Product Manager for our platforms, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of our products.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to create a seamless experience for users.
Your goal is to ensure the platform remains competitive, user-friendly, and compliant with regulations, while also addressing the needs of retail and institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities
Define the product vision and roadmap; Ensure alignment with the overall company strategy, incorporating user feedback, industry trends, and business goals.
Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new features and enhancements.
Ensure that the platform is responsive to market demands, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable experience.
Regularly review customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Coordinate with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Lead product launches and post-launch analysis to ensure feature success.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, challenges, and successes.
Use data analytics to measure product performance and optimize features for user engagement and profitability.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, experience in financial services or trading industry is a plus.
Experience in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams; bilingual in Chinese and English is highly desired.
