**Job Purpose**:The Services Sales Specialist has overall responsibility to lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to TDD Services & Training and handle service pricing and margins according to agreed-upon terms and work with cross-functional teams.**Responsibilities**:- Selling of solution based on what the portfolio of service & training offers including TDD Professional Services.- Maintaining and developing existing and new customers & service vendor relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison while optimize quality of service and business growth.- Implementation of marketing programs to support Services group objectives.- Achievement of total revenue plans.- Coordinate the various functions within TDD in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each services sales plan.- Maintenance and development of operational level service vendor relationships.- In order to execute Services Sales leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.- Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.- Supporting Manager in business forecasting and business planning for services & training groups with vendors.- Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:- Minimum 2-4 years experiences in IT products or services sales- Minimum education level required is a Bachelor's Degree- Self-starter- Results focused- Sound business acumen- Ability to work with little direction**Cultural Competency Requirements**:- Within Tech Data diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
