You will be the product owner who is responsible for both technical and commercial/operational aspects of the assigned products, including product strategy, business growth, technology roadmap, and profitability.
You will work closely with internal teams & counterparts in Switzerland to meet companywide KPIs & mid-term goals.
You will also be the key person to communicate with the sales team and field engineers to address queries and requests from customers.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales organization with regards to all technical & operational aspects.
Drive the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
Monitor profitability of existing customer products and derive measures to sustain and increase profitability.
Accountable for customization & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals and product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
Coordinate customer visits, audits, and customer-specific requirements across the VAT group business units and legal entities for implementation into engineering and operational processes.
Supervise all changes regarding supply chain, manufacturing, and assembly processes, preparing documentation for customer-relevant changes, and submitting it to the respective customers following the customer-specific change management (CEI, CEx, and POR) processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or semiconductor-related engineering disciplines.
MBA, Master's Degree, or PhD in Sciences, Engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines.
Experience in Product, Program, or Key Account management within the Semiconductor-related industry.
Written & verbal communication in German, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean besides English language (added advantage).#J-18808-Ljbffr
