Product Manager

**Responsibilities**- Responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities for the assigned business segment/industry through existing and potential customer bases, and- leading the development of customer relationships at all levels.- Perform all necessary sales and marketing activities for targeted industry sectors, involving core product growth via project-oriented sales.- Assist reporting superiors in preparing forecasted sales and meeting sales budgets.- Drive overarching customer retention and employ customer retention marketing strategies tailored to customer segments to improve engagement and customer loyalty.- Assist the manager in planning for adequate stock levels and maintaining a healthy debtor level.- Lead and guide sales executives and sales coordinators in fulfilling daily operations and meeting customer requirements efficiently.- Put in effort to upgrade oneself in product and market knowledge and share it within the team.- Promote team spirit amongst colleagues and maintain a harmonious working environment.- Stand in for the Sales Manager in his/her absence.- Perform other duties as required by the company.**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in sales, especially in the construction industry, will be an added advantage.- Required skills: independence, sales, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet quotas.- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.- Computer literate.**Job location**- No 5, Jalan TP2, Taman Perindustrian Sime UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
