Responsibilities:
Prepare the annual brand plans, budgets and forecasts.
Develop full advertising and promotional strategies and objectives, ensuring they are consistent with regional strategies and guidelines.
Plan offline marketing strategy execution and evaluation with the intent to optimize performance.
Manage all marketing A&P efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI on investments.
Responsible for developing and executing growth strategy with the objective to increase brand awareness in the market.
Work closely with clients and principals, procurement and sales team to achieve a common goal of increasing sales and profit margin.
Establish rapports and maintain an amicable and fruitful business relationship with existing as well as potential clients and principals.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Science, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Preferably Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be self-starter with excellent implementation skills.
Possess strong analytical and creative abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
